‘Bored and Numb’ is the new single from Philadelphia band Moonroof. Easy listening and instantly catchy, it’s a track that would fit nicely on any playlist you are listening to to feel happy and/or relaxed. Short and sweet at a little over two minutes, the guitars are soothing whilst the vocals are soft on your ears. You will be neither bored or numb by this release.
Talking about the track the band had the following to say:
“‘Bored and Numb’ is about feeling numb on dates and the constant tire of repetition with them, especially through dating apps. On Tinder/Bumble/Hinge it’s constant swiping and sometimes matching and maybe a few ice breaker questions and eventually meeting up if everything goes well. It almost becomes too routine and starts to all feel the same, with this song we wanted to talk about how at first it’s exciting but after a while it becomes boring.”
