Chicago-based Tala Silva has released new single ‘Moon’.
‘Moon’ is described by Silva as a song that “captures the increasing tensions between inevitable lovers and their fear of falling too fast. This Lo-Fi tune embodies the chill and romantic moods that usually come with the early stages of falling in love. It is a song that acknowledges the uncertainties that come with a budding romance and answers reassuringly that it will all turn out for the best. It’s the Lo-Fi vibes of the track along with Silva’s honeyed vocals that add the charm to the song. A chilled mix of bedroom pop and lounge pop that is tinged with a touch of melancholy, the programmed beats do just enough to stop it feeling too sad. ‘Moon’ is a perfect song for when you are unwinding at a friends house after a night at the club, there’s not a lot of conversation going on but everyone is relaxed in their happy place just soaking in the vibes of the music.
