Indie Midlands is delighted to announce we are teaming up with our friends at GRRRL GROANNN to bring you the digital record label GRRRL GROANNN.
GRRRL GROANNN began life as a music collective dedicated to the representation of (indie) artists to help combat gender inequality in the music industry.
The brainchild of local musician Bryony Williams, along with help from Jess Webberley (AKA Indie Midlands artist Graywave), GRRRL GROANNN to date has released three fanzines. But now it’s the start of an exciting new chapter for GRRRL GROANNN as it teams with Indie Midlands to provide a digital record label that will look to support female and non-binary artists.
We’re also delighted to announce the first release on GRRRL GROANNN will be an Indie Midlands artist in YNES with her new single ‘Used To Be’ out on May 7th.
